Manage Subscription

Manage Plan & Subscription

As your needs change, you may need to adjust your subscription plan. We offer the flexibility to change your plan or cancel at any time to ensure you have the best experience with Turbocache.

Change Subscription

To change your subscription plan, log in to your account and navigate to the Settings / Subscription page of your remote cache. From here, you can easily select a new subscription plan that better meets your needs. By clicking the "Upgrade Subscription" button, your subscription will be upgraded immediately and a new billing cycle is started.

Cancel Subscription

If you no longer need a remote cache, you can easily cancel your subscription. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the Settings / Subscription page of your remote cache. From here, you can select the option to cancel your subscription.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the remote cache service at the end of your current billing cycle. If you have any questions or concerns about cancelling your subscription, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at [email protected].

Lemon Squeezy

Turbocache uses Lemon Squeezy as its Merchant of Record (MoR) for handling subscription payments. An MoR is a third-party payment processor that acts as a middleman between the seller and the buyer.

Lemon Squeezy helps ensure a secure and smooth payment process for your subscription, allowing you to focus on using Turbocache for your build processes. When you purchase a subscription, you will be redirected to Lemon Squeezy's secure payment page to complete the transaction.
